The guanidine salt virus reagent developed by YOCON can inactivate the virus components quickly and effectively, and can ensure the integrity of the virus nucleic acid, eliminating the “false negative” test results. After sampling, it does not require 2-8℃ storage for transport, and storage for 48 hours at room temperature has no effect on the nucleic acid quantification results. It can still allows the detection of nucleic acids in positive samples after 7 days of storage at room temperature, thus saving the preservation and transport cost of viral samples
